Hunters Green
Hunter’s Green was started in 1991. It has over 1,000 acres with many homes overlooking nature conservation areas and ponds. The community is secured with several gated villages within the community. There are single-family homes, along with several maintenance free communities and apartments.
Hunter’s Green is located 1 mile north of the I-75 exit at Bruce B. Downs Boulevard. The centerpiece of the community is the 18-hole Tom Fazio-designed golf course. The Tennis and Swim Center has an Olympic sized pool, fitness and aerobics center, day care center, courtside cafe, basketball, racquetball, volley ball, heated spa, and lighted tennis courts.
